Description:
 
The power supply is a high-efficiency stabilized power supply module, input voltage is lower, higher, equal to the output voltage, the output voltage can be maintained stable.
 
Feature:
 
Input can be replaced fuses to protect the power supply and equipment;
Constant voltage, constant current, undervoltage protection (MPPT more suit solar charge )
Output error indicator, output voltage drift too severe, short-circuit fault on;
The back is aluminum plate,  fixed the module bottom surface through thermal silica films. By 4 screws the power supply fixed on the Chassis. To ensure good heat dissipation, without regard to insulation and cooling issues;
Inductors using Sendust, 0.8 wound bifilar, heat generating was less.

HOW TO USE:

1. Battery under-voltage protection adjustment method:
(Make 12V lead acid battery, set 10V as  under-voltage protection , and shut off output as example) entered power  supply regulate to 10V, adjustment under-voltage protection potentiometer (clockwise increases, anticlockwise reduced), until the fault led (red) bright up, then  set it successfully; In this way,when the battery discharge to 10V , it will automatically shut off power supply, protect the  battery not to be damaged.
Note: if the power supply is not the battery, do not need to set this;

2. Adjust the output voltage:
plug the power supply in the input (voltage can above the under voltage protection value), the red led does not light up, the blue light, the output connect to the multimeter, adjust the output voltage potentiometer
(clockwise to increase, anticlockwise decreases) until it read the required voltage;
Note:  the red light doesn't light up, blue light ,this is normal. whereas,it is faulty, input under-voltage protection, output over-current protection, output short circuit protection, please exclude troubleshooting and power on again.

3. output current adjustment method: (Take 12V as input to charge 12V lead-acid batteries, charging current is 5A as example) input 12V power supply ,output connec to the ammeter  in parallel (recommend to use more than 15A ammeter to prevent burning insurance), adjust current potentiometer adjustment (clockwise to increase, anticlockwise to decrease) ,until the ammeter shows 5A , remove the ammeter, connected to battery amd it will normal charge.
Note: if used in constant voltage device ,only needs to set the maximum output current.
